Game Galore

Rachel Mii Double JumpHey, it’s Rachel!

A couple weeks ago Kris and I talked about Impulse Buys.

Well, now that GameStop has the Pokemon code to add a new legendary Pokemon to your latest, we’ve been going into the store more so than usual.

I love GameStop, but I don’t go there too often because I know that I’ll end up buying new stuff. Stuff that I don’t necessarily need at the moment.

It’s May and this month for Pokemon 20, they’re giving away Darkai codes for your AlphaSapphire, OmegaRuby, X, and Y games. Most people go to GameStop, get the code, and put it in their game. They then trade the legendary from game to game to fill up their Pokedex.

Nope. Not me.

There are four games, I need four codes. I like to have every single Pokemon in every single game, not just a symbol on the Pokedex.

So Kris and I went to two GameStops last weekend. But of course, we always feel bad going there to grab a free code and then leaving. So we bought two new games, one at each stop.

We bought Assassin’s Creed: The America’s Collection. Neither one of us has ever played an Assassin’s Creed’s game. Kris wanted to give it a try and we didn’t know where to start so we just grabbed a random one. Sounds logical, right?

We also bought Batman: Arkham Origins. We have the first two games. I beat the first one and got halfway through the second one. Now I have to start playing it again so I can play the third game.

We’re going to new other GameStop locations this weekend to get the other two codes. Maybe we’ll end up buying more games… I wonder what we’ll get?
