Happy Tuesday & Happy New Year!
It’s weird how 2019 is already upon us. I feel like 2018 never happened. Still, it was a good year for gaming and I’m looking forward to seeing what 2019 brings us.
Kingdom Hearts 3 – January 29, 2019
It’s no secret that I’ve never played Kingdom Hearts before. I’m familiar with the series and we have a game for the Playstation 3 but neither Kris or I have had time to play it. We’re hoping to soon because I’ve love to play the new games and the series as a whole. I’ve heard crazy things about it but I remember watching a friend play it way back in the day when I used to sleep over her house. It’s just one of those games that fell to the wayside for me.
Sonic Team Racing – May 21, 2019
I haven’t played a Sonic game in a while, but I do enjoy a good racing game. I’m interested to see how this turns out.
Animal Crossing – N/A
I mean, duh.
Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course – N/A
I still have to play the first game.
Jenny LeClue – Available for Preorder
I saw the trailer for this one and it looked pretty interesting. I love mystery and detective games and this one looks like it’ll be a gem.
Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn – N/A
While I never got a chance to beat the first game, I enjoyed it. I don’t play Kirby games that often, but he’s cute and the games are great anyway. So, this is one to look out for.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 – N/A
Do I need to say anything about this?
Minecraft: Dungeons – N/A
I’m no good at Minecraft, but I can dream.
Ori and The Will of the Wisps – N/A
I have the first game – still need to play it. But I’ll get to it and get this game.
Pokemon – N/A
Who isn’t waiting for this one?
The Last Campfire – N/A
Okay, I’ll be honest. This might be a different game than what I’m thinking of. I remember seeing this game at The Game Awards and it caught my eye. It’ll be something different and I’m looking forward to trying it.
It’s funny – looking at the game releases for the year – which probably isn’t even all of them – I barely recognize any of them. I’m hoping, in 2019, I can expand my horizons a bit. I love Nintendo and will be sticking close by, but I do want to try to go out of my comfort zone a bit and check out some games I wouldn’t normally check out.
I’m looking forward to 2019 being a great gaming year.
