Rachel Mii | DoubleJump.comHappy Tuesday and first day of May!
I can’t believe we’re already in a new month. Hopefully, the spring weather is here to stay.

5. Nintendo Wii
The Wii will always hold a special place in my heart. While I’m not the number fan of motion controls, they don’t bother me too much. I have many fond memories of playing with the Wii and there were some great games on there such as Mario Kart Wii and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
4. Nintendo Wii U
The Wii U isn’t liked by many and while I know it’s the worst console to have sold ever, I still enjoyed my Wii U and I still enjoy it to this day even though I have my Switch.
3. Nintendo 64
The Nintendo 64 was a gem. The controllers were certainly funky and hard for my small hands to use, but the games were wonderful and the 64 started a lot of trends and had a great selection of games.
2. Nintendo Gamecube
The Gamecube, I believe, is a hit or miss for some. Though I’m pretty sure most of the games I own are for the Gamecube. I remember playing a ton of multiplayer games with friends and family. Also, Luigi’s Mansion.
1. Nintendo Switch
I mean, this is kind of a given. I’ll admit, when the Switch was first announced, I was skeptical. But… Nintendo has really outdone themselves.

  1. Hmm… I’d probably go:
    NES
    SNES
    Gamecube
    N64
    Wii
    WiiU
and Switch TBD because my sampling of games just isn’t big enough yet but it’ll probably place above the N64, Wii, and WiiU.

    1. There are a few NES and SNES games I know and love, but I was too young when those games came out so I figured I’d leave them off. I’m getting a taste of some SNES games I’ve never tried before through the Classic console.
I actually have a good amount of games on my Switch, a lot of them indie. I have a new appreciation for them.

  2. I honestly sometimes feel like the Nintendo Wii didn’t get much enjoyment time before the Wii U came out. Or people were still adjusting to the Wii before the Wii U came out. Though tbh I do like the format of the Wii U more than the Wii lol!
    DSi
    Wii U
    SNES
Would be my top 3! I don’t own a Switch yet so I can’t say where that would rank.

    1. I can agree with you on that one. I think Nintendo was trying to improve too quickly. The motion controls were such a hit or miss for most people. Then the Wii U was a let down for most.
